I disabled all my mods with FOMM and it still had all power armor reading under effects as +50 to agility - even though this wasn't listed under the Power Armor descriptions themselves when highlighted in the apparel tab.

I used Arwen's Armor modular mod, and also had a night vision power armor mod....

Something made it permanent...

Wondering if anyone else ever had this happen?

I've opted for a clean install of the whole game and all DLCs and will then re-build my mod list - but wanted to post to see if anyone had any insight?
