"should the story follow on at the end and make it DLC"

What story? The main game? If that's what you're asking then no, it shouldn't. It's done. Over. End. No "Borked Steal."

If that's not what you're asking...some clarification would be nice so we can tell what you are asking about. :)

Looks like someone struck a nerve.

-I'd love to see what the world was like after you made your stance, even though it would be a LOT of technical work for Obsidian, I don't know why people here get so offended when a perfectly understandable question is posed, or why people are soo attached to their love for the game *not* continuing after such a great climix, and then that empty feeling you get after the ending slideshow.

It struck a nerve because these threads pop up all the time it's been stated multiple times by different dev team members that there will be no dlc supporting post end game play it gets old seeing it all the time, that in addition to all of the threads that bash a hard ending its started more than a few flame wars. I thought the ending was strong and appluade the decision to not support post end game play since it couldn't reflect your affect on the world there are simply too many possibilities for them to take into account you end up with another game. And that empty feeling you talk about was that filled by a world where you had no affect at all? most games end I don't understand why so many people have a problem with that the only fallout games supporting post end game play where 2 and 3 out of the 6 made.

Okay then- the developers have already stated repeatedly that the kind of end-breaking DLC you want will not happen, ever, period.

Its not understandable, because they can not make dlc for 27 different endings. Its crazy talk........ Only way they could even come close is to make an ending canon, then go from there.

Even that would be hard, because they ed have the change the 21 endings that go with all the other factions and towns. Too many in game changes would have to be made.

CAN WE HAVE AN OFFICIAL THREAD FOR THIS??? I ll start it......

It'd be too complicated. People would move, places would become deserted and/or become independant or fall under the banner of the Legion. What ever you do changes the Mojave completly, and I woulnd't want any DLC to ruin that.

 .... Please direct your vision to the search bar on the top right corner of the screan. Look this topic up, and see that there are tons of threads about this. They all end with the same answer, no. Bethsidian said they are not doing a dlc like this. So please, can we at least have one thread for this instead of a new one every week?

People don't get offended, they are annoyed. People come on here all the time, many times a day with this, revolutionary idea of continuing on after the end, or asking why they made the game end, or expressing outrage over the game ending. You know, the thing that 99% of all games do. They end. Why is this game any different? Because BethesdaGS made fallout continue on after people bugged them so much? Wait... BethGS didn't do NV. HMMMMMMMMM.........................

Personally id prefer a NV2 over a continuation DLC. But I really don't want either. Fallout 4 please.

While there are only four main factions, you can get a possible 26 ending segments for every game (there is a 27th but it is negated or negates one of the others) and on top of that for each of the 27 ending segments you have anywhere between four and thirteen variations for them.
