Go to primm do the quest wait three days till they turn it into a casino. Gamble buy chips at the bank. Here is the glitch for whatever reason tour chips don't leave the inventory so you can keep requesting payout. Unless my game glitched also the merchant glitch still works. Hope this helps some.
