Did you activate the .esms in the Data Files section of the launcher?

i have the same issue and there are no other files in the data section to be enabled, do they have to be downloaded or are they on the 2 disks provied. It isn't very clear in the manual just states you will see the extra radio messages, nothing on having to download extra content or anything else for that matter.

any help will be appreciated as i completed the game this morning and was looking forward to trying the bonus packages.

GoTY comes in two discs, I just install the first disc then the second and then I use FOMM (Fallout mod manager) to enable the .esm files. Works for me.

If you've installed the second disc, then use the FalloutLauncher.exe (the one that brings up the small menu) and hit the "Data Files" button.

Put a tick mark next to all the unticked files in that list, then close that box and launch the game.

yep after loading the second disc there was no issues and in game all the radio messages appeared, shame there was no info in the manual or the disc stating the addons were there. Like most installed and played, shame as i explored alot as level 20 and should of been level 30 by now,

thx for all the help.
