1. Mlox can scan for errors, but Morrowind's load order process is a whole lot simpler and less of a bother than the Oblivion engine's.
2. Wrye Mash.
3. No real need for one here. There are a few (Wrye Mash for example) that can install mods, but you can do it by hand pretty quickly most of the time.
4. Better Bodies is
the body replacer. We're lucky enough to have a standard here, so you don't have to worry about clothes being incompatible. Grab BB (it comes in nvde and glued-on-undergarments versions) and you're good. You should get Better Clothes along with it, and Westly's head replacer.
5. Some say Tamriel Rebuilt is good. There are about 75 million land mods. Check out http://www.mwmythicmods.com for a few good mod lists. Not all of them are up-to-date, but they cover most of hte major ones.
6. Better Armor. There are a few single-armor ones (for glass and daedric, IIRC), plus someone made a series for most of the armors.
You'll also need the code patch and unofficial patch, and may want to look into MGE.
