I went to the PES to download Better Heads and the readme talks about an installer. I doesn't have one. I went ahead and installed it manually but now I get missing meshes. I check those missing meshes and notice that those meshes doesn't come with the file. Any help?

Strange, downloaded it just the other day, works brill for me. Have you tried to re-download BH? Have you had a head replacer prior to BH? Did you start a new game? Lol many questions

Never noticed an installer for BH.

Yeah, i had World of Faces before but I uninstalled it before putting this one. I re dowloaded Better Heads and i get the same thing. I haven't started a new game. But I think is more about missing meshes than conflict. I checked those missing meshes in the BH files and there are not present.
