I am no expert, so what could these races be? How many were in Oblivion?

Most likely the exact same as Oblivion.

Races have remained unchanged through pretty much every elder scrolls game.

There were also 10 in Oblivion.

Redguard, Nord, Imperial, Breton, Wood Elf, High Elf, Dark Elf, Argonian, Khajiit and Orc. 10 races. Same as Oblivion. Same as Morrowind.

I wouldn't mind seeing another playable race added there are after all other lands and races out side of Tamriel.

The continent of Akavir has four different races.

Not in Arena and Daggerfall. Imperials and Orcs weren't playable races until Morrowind.

The real question is are the Argonians and Khajiit going to have beast legs this time around?

Ok, my bad if so, but you're sure about Daggerfall? It's two years since I last played it.

Yes, but their presence in Tamriel would be forced. How about a playable race that has been there all along and has culture, civility and wide a spread presence throughout Tamriel?

You know what's strange? Wood elves in MW were all really short, the males and females. But in OB the females suddenly got taller and the males stayed short. What's up with that?

"I call zombie [censored] on that you know?"

But yeah - 10 has always been teh case. Here's hoping for Beast legs with adaptable armor (One set of armor fits all)

Are you sure? Maybe i'm just tripping out but I could have sworn they were short. Hold on i'm gonna fire up my copy of MW.

Huh, how bout' that, you're right. Well then I stand corrected. Don't know why I thought they were short, maybe it was a mod I used when I played MW...

I would rather have 10 races with more features to choose from when making a character, then another new race.
