Problem with Tribunal : III

I recently reinstalled Morrowind and all of my mods and now whenever I go to Mournhold, the guards talk to me about the attack on the square and none of the earlier quests are started. Could this have something to do with the Rings of Level Playing, because this starts before I use it to level up.

It could, or maybe Clean Royal Chargen.esp

What happens when you start a New Game with these deactivated?

Well, I've never had problems with LGNPC Tribunal, or whatever it is called, or Clean Royal Chargen. It may be Ring of Level Playing, which would svck, as I really liked using it to get a relatively strong character to start out with.

It's the "Rings of Level Playing" mod, I've helped someone else here with that issue. (Conact the modder, let him/her know the issue)

thank you. I just tried it out, and it only effects the Tribunal/Bloodmoon edition of it.
