Stores and gaming sites will often put up specific placeholder dates even if nothing like that has been announced. These are generally educated guesses on their part, some tend to be pretty close while others are quite far off.

Sometimes a publisher will give stores and gaming sites more specific information than they release to the public - however if everyone seems to be jumping on to the same date or month it could just be that they're copying each other and no one has insider information. At the moment the dates we're seeing a quite disparate which suggests they're just guesses.
