I've noticed while playing a character that primarily utilizes a sledgehammer that in FO3, there were three usual animations with two handed melee weapons: 1) an overhanded downward swing, 2) an across the body swing 3) an upward swing. There only seems to be the first two with Fallout New Vegas - the upward two handed swing seems to not have been included. My only thoughts are that perhaps it was too alike the Fore! animation so they got rid of it. Anyone else noticed this missing and have any ideas to re-include it myself through the GECK?
A small thing I've done for myself already is gone into the two-handed melee weapons in the GECK and added back the death impulse for them. It seems they accidentally left all the death impulses for almost all two-handed melee weapons at 0 which resulted in the body not being pushed at all when struck/killed by sledgehammers, supersledges and the like, which was kind of silly when they collapsed straight down at the knees. If I could find a way to add back this animation it'd be perfect.
