Crime and Punishment...

I really hope that Bethesda has learned their lesson and refined the crime system in Skyrim. I think that FNV's crime system is a good way to start, crime should not be some global statistic but rather confined to the local communities (except for really big crimes or repeat offenders).

Killing someone in a forest with no witnesses round and still getting a bounty on your head is just plain ridiculous, as is stealing something in one town and immediately being arrested in another town that is miles away.

What do you guys think?

Radiant AI. So if you kill someone in a secluded room, no one should know.

That's how it should work, but that might not be how it will work.
