I saw some other people asking as well about the mountains on page 48, whether it's a screenshot or artwork. I got an answer from http://twitter.com/#!/DCDeacon/status/24025244436004864 now.

Which mountains are these? Could you describe the appearance of the page please? The one where it says "A new land" or the one that says "Here be dragons"?

Because on the scan, they looked too much like a matte painting.

good question. i first thought it had to be an existing NPC. What kinda worries me here is that if a sister can take over a shop and all quests to his dead brother - doesnt that require all that dialogue to be voice-acted once again? would need sick amount of voice acting then...
and to think oblivions disc consisted of 50% voice

They said that it is basically inheritance. The other family members and/or siblings will pick up the business. So I'm guessing if you kill a shopkeeper and his entire family then the shop will be out of business or perhaps their Radiant AI is so amazing that you will see an NPC buy up the store. We will see.
