Fallout 1, 2, and Tactics in jeopardy

There is an article on: http://www.gamasutra.com/php-bin/news_index.php?story=25226 that talks about a legal brouha brewing over Interplay and previous Fallout games. Specifically mentioned is the sale of Fallout 1, 2, and Tactics on GoG.com. I know on the business end that Bethesda should do what it has to do. This post is not about that. What I'm saying here is that I purchased Fallout 1 and 2 from GoG.com after thoroughly enjoying Fallout 3 from Bethesda. As a gamer I want to see 1 and 2 stay on GoG.com because they are great games and gamers deserve avenues to acquire them. I'm really loving them and if a business decision deprived fans the ability to legally acquire the games it would be a tragedy. So, Bethesda, do what you have to do business wise but at the same time please do not deprive fans of these excellent games.
