I made a new character like 3 times and every time I tried to save in a new slot, it crashed dosbox. So the next time I tried I overwrote my save in slot 2 and it worked. Any ideas what the problem is?

EDIT: Nevermind I fixed it. I needed to create folders SAVE0-SAVE5 in my DAGGER directory. I only had SAVE0 and SAVE3 for some reason.

That's odd. Were those save folders gone because you had moved them elsewhere to back them up?
Or had you deleted them to delete a character save file?

I didn't change the folders at all, this is a fresh install, the biggest install size.
