Creepy Pasta

Post » Sat Jul 31, 2010 11:58 pm

okay so my friend linked me to this
http://inuscreepystuff.blogspot.com/2010/09/majora.html

which is apparently some blog about a Majora's Mask Rom Hack called Creepy Pasta
so what this is? I mean this guy writes this convoluted story about some old man he met who gave him the game and it goes on about the Rom hack, but I personally don't believe the whole facade with the old man. Obviously the Rom hack exists (there're videos of it at the bottom) but I'm confused as to what this guy is doing here.

Personally I think this guy was the actual creator of the Rom and just for effect wrote a little story to go along with it.

but yeah, can someone clarify what this is? who made it?

thanks

It's just a creepy story and romhack created by a guy at one of the chans.

Haha, my brother was going on about this the other day. He loves Zelda (the games, not the princess).

I've seen this before. Its not too bad, but anyone who doesnt realise this is a ROM hack (and some of the comments about it I've seen elsewhere suggest some think its real) need to have their brains re-examined. Quite a clever Creepypasta though.

That's all it is. Funny how, based on the comments there, that there are some who believe it is real and yet all you need to do to realize that it is fake is apply Occams Razor to it coupled with the fact that there is no actual evidence of ghosts or possesions etc Then again, people who believe this is real, would certainly already have it in their heads that ghosts are real. Guess that's just what happens when you allow yourself to believe in superstition. There is no end to what you will end up believing.

Anyway, yea, pretty creepy story but the videos were really boring.

ROMs are a bit questionable, so I'm gonna lock this.
