I'm really loving New Vegas, but I keep seeing this white flashing blotch periodically when I'm walking outside in the wasteland.
I don't notice it when I'm indoors, only when walking outside(day or night). I have a NVidia
Gtx 470. Please find a fix for it because it's incredibly distracting and annoying. Also I'm still seeing wild FPS drops for seemingly no reason, but when there's action going on I'm at 60 fps.

Until Nvidia Updates their drivers turn off HDR and AA
