I have searched around and haven't found a single report of the issue I'm experiencing while playing caravan in New Vegas on PS3. It happens every single time I use a Jack to remove cards from play, occasionally after a while it will fix itself but most times I need to load from a save and try over again. The best way to explain what is happening is to just show you so I recorded a video, again this is after playing a jack to try an remove cards from play.
