I've had http://mwmodders.com/farmermod.html installed on my computer for quite some time. I've used it on the occasional character I feel would be up to farming. But, the characters who I don't feel would want to own a farm, yet would like to own some kind of business often seem to be left out.

I'm just wondering if there are many "business" type mods that would allow my character to own something and make profits with? I've often thought that I would love my Breton mage to own a book store. Or my Orc warrior to own an armoury. I would like to know if there are any shop owning mods, Inn owning mods, or anything towards that nature. I've tried searching but I'm not actually sure what to search. Any mods needs to be bug free, I might add.

I actually already have this. Thanks for the input, but I'm specifically looking for some kind of store mod. Has to be interesting and upgradable. I don't want it to be too easy, you see.
