Starts to load, then crashes.

Okay, so I bought GOTY edition and installed it just fine. I am running on 64 bit windows 7. Anyway, I launched the game, and clicked on start a new game. However, every time it begins to load, it crashes. I've looked all over the internet and found that there are security issues, which I think I've corrected, and location issues, which I've tried to work on. Does anyone have any ideas? Or if you do think it's location, could you give me a specific place where to move each file?

Please Post a dxdiag:
Start - Run (if Vista or Win 7, the search box acts like Run) - type dxdiag - hit Enter - "save all info" button - open txt file and copy/paste EVERYTHING here

Game won;t run on one of these. Doesn't meet the minimum requirements.

Yeah, I realized that after I read up on it a little more... :/ Is there any way to make it compatible on this computer other than buying a new graphic card?

You couldn't get a new graphics card in there even if you wanted to considering this is a notebook. Desktop and mobile video cards are entirely different and mobile cards can't be found through retail channels. Plus there's the compatibilty and size constraints to be concerned about even if you were able to land a mobile card through means of Ebay or some such. Basically, it's likely not going to happen.

I don't honestly suggest it, but there's a .dll fix for these Intel chipsets, but I take no responsibilty should something go wrong with your operating system or hardware. You're forcing the chipset to run something that it typically can't handle and altering an operating system file.
