Detemining range (GECK) for a range (sniper)

I asked a similar question before, but the topic got slightly off track before finding a solution.

I have been working on a ballistics mod which models bullet drop with reasonable accuracy. Along with a calibrated Milling reticle (TMR or Mil-dot), this allows the player to both judge range and hit targets out to quite long ranges (~12000 units).
Now I would like to lay out a target range to help refine the mod and allow for target practice, but I want to place the targets at specific distances (250', 350', etc.).
My question is, is there a measuring tool or grid in the GECK to allow me to do this?

You can use the "Snap To Grid" option, and change the number of units to whatever you want to force references to move in increments of that many units. You can change this in the "Preferences" window (File->Preferences... or the icon to the right of the save icon).
