Well, I have some bad news. :blink:

My PC died last night :nuke: :brokencomputer: . Worst case is I've lost all my data and have to buy a new PC, best case is I just have to buy some replacement part and everything else is fine.

And yes, I have no backups. My external HD died some time ago and I never got around to replacing it. :slap:

This may mean once I'm up and running again I will need people who use my mods to send them back to me :bowdown: , since they are no longer on filefront. :banghead:

Just had to make use of emotes :twirl:

You should try to connect you HDD to another computer and try to recover your files.

Well good news my PC is up and working, and my Hard Drive is fine, no data loss.

Cost me a new motherboard though and the help of a friend

I always recommend PES for downloads. I don't use Nexus seeing as they have that strangled download rate for non paying members. PES offers fast download with no queues on a free account. Fun for everyone one!

Hi All,

I've decided for the time being to put all my modding on hold. I haven't the time or interest in MW game at the moment, so modding for it is difficult.
I'm aware I had a number of WIPs, and hopefully later in the year I'll be able to get back into MW & modding.

I know there are a number of new creatures being designed, some of which were going to appear in Creature XI. Now I'm more then happy for anyone to make a Creatures addon that adds these creatures (or just their own mod to add creatures).

I WILL still be on these forums, so any questions about my mods, just post here and I'll pick them up (especially if you include the word Piratelord in the post as I frequently search for my ID).

Now I've also had some problems with Filefront, and every single file I hosted on there has gone. So I need to reupload mods like Creatures, Expanded Sounds (and various Oblivion mods). I only want to pick one site to upload to, which would you recommend?

Only mod when it's fun. When it's not fun, take a break until it becomes fun again.

I'd also suggest PES, PirateLord. They have always been the most stable mod hosting site. When's the last time there was even a rumor of PES being anywhere near close to closing?

You could always submit to multiple site, too, if you have the time/energy. :shrug:

Btw. do you still have Piratelords Price Adjustments for Morrowind or don't you bother with saving your old mods and old versions of your mods?
Glad too hear that you didn't lost all your data. Recently I lost 30% of data on my backup HD. But was able too save all my photos and video's for 250$.

I don't get any cues or "strangled" download rates at Nexus, it's just like PES, sign up and download whatever you want.
