Portable tables and empty bottles...

First, Alchemy, a few proposals. I for one, being a Sorcerer, LOVED making potions in Oblivion.

What I think should happen, is you should be able to purchase a portable, collapsable table to carry on your back (weighing anywhere from 10 to 25 pounds depending on the quality and durability) and then use the table to set your Mortar and Pestle, Calcinator, Retort, and Alembic on to create your potions right in front of you! This would make making potions FUN! :D Visually entertaining as the different equipment is used, and how the character uses each one, like grinding things together in your Mortar and Pestle, etc.

ALSO you'd have to purchase empty bottles (carrying a maximum of around 5 or 7 at one time) to make potions with. Need to make a potion but only have filled bottles? Drink a potion, rinse the bottle, and create and store your new potion. The bottles should be clear, and have label markings on them when naming a potion! This would be SO much fun making potions! Also, the set-up time for the table and equipment, should be OPTIONAL. Like "X Button - Skip" (potion creation).

I also think a few minutes, or more (depending on the potency of the potion), should be needed to create a specific potion. Then once you're finished, you collect your gear, fold up your table, and continue carrying it and on you go.

Of course, you shouldn't be able to create potions while enemies are around.

SECONDLY, Repairing Armor and Weapons. I hope that in Skyrim, armor and weapons can become VISUALLY damaged. The table used for creating potions, can ALSO be used for repairing armor and weapons. Take off the armor, set it on the table, and begin hammering it with one's Repair Hammer, Tongs, etc. Same for weapons. The same option to skip this would of course be available, same for not being able to repair them while enemies are afoot.

I think these additions would be awesome!
