these mod is great.but i have a question.if you recruit someone if he dies what hapen.will this screw my game.does my companion lvl up

There used to be a bug where if a squad leader died your game would crash. I think it was fixed, but even if it wasn't, you could just not make your companion a squad leader and you won't have a problem.

All the NPCs that are critical for quest lines are invincible. You can't mess up the game very much using this mod.

However, it is possible to get trainers and vendors killed. You just have to be careful who you choose as a companion.
