some one suggested to post this here:

i was following bahamunts tutorial for skinning armor, and i got really far (i think ) except i couldn't find the pose mode!

anyone know where it is?

i've googled it and googled it i've looked every where for it, i'm sure it's on 2.49b, because isn't that the latest one? :ahhh:
i've read countless tutorials and i've never even heard of this! :bonk:

btw ctrl+tab doesn't work thats just weight paint

sorry if this DOESN'T belong here but google and youtube failed me, so did "blender noob to pro" also it's not in my mode bar with the rest like edit and object and all that, it's completely misssing though it shouldn't be :blink:

select the skeleton and press ctrl+tab, it switches to the pose mode but it wont if you aren't selecting the skeleton, kind of hard to get out of it:

the best way i found was to go back to object mode (with pose mode on you only have 3 modes so the rest are gone but editm object and pose) then click on "A" to unselect then click on a mesh and click tab :ahhh: thats the only way i found, theres probably an easyer way but i was stuck there for ages :bonk:
