On the acquisition of proper dress.

So, after a grueling, harsh and yet exciting trip through the desert, a trip rife with brutal violence and monetary opportunities, I finally arrived at Vegas. I spent some time helping the less fortunate locals of Freeside, but eventually I realised I was pretty damn rich, as far as wasters go, and it was high time I headed where i now belonged : the Strip. I even got a sweet pad there.

So i get there, and plan my very first expedition into some high class casino. Obviously I want to make a good first impression right? And to male a good first impression you need fancy clothes. All I had was a grimy suit. But thats grimy, and so, not fancy. The dirty one is not much better. And here is the problem : i can't for the life of me find a goddam shop that carries fancy cloths (or clothes at all).

And that is my question : where does a discerning individual procure fancy clothes ?

If you can get sponsored by the White Glove society they'll give you formal wear. I've yet to find a place to buy nice clothes like there was in Tenpenny or Rivet City, surprisingly enough.
