I believe the Unarmed skill should be bundled with a clothing skill sorta like an Unarmored/Unarmed like skill, so you can make fighter characters that wear simple clothes and not armor

id love to roll down the war torn and bombarded roads of Cali in a built up Caddy or convertible, and it should be like halo where enemies can jump on and attack you, BUT if you have invested in hiring a bodyguard he will automatically start blasting the creature or enemy to the shiet, if its like a overlord mutant or whatever the mutant can jump on the car and your companion blasts him and depending on his/her level and skills he will attack in a random manner, he might get his/her revolver out and give a headshot to a ghoul/zombie but if he verses a super mutant he shoots of one of his arms with an AK and fills him full off lead till he drops off, plus depending on how you drive the enemy and your companion will roll or move around on the car

If not cars PLEASE motorbikes!

I WAS VERY DISAPPIONTED when I played through fallout 3 and you COULDNT build/ride a motorbike VERY!

I was also disappointed when I realised towns that are fortified and have alot of security didn't have random attacks and encounters!

I want the next fallout or the one after it to be bigger!
at least 2 to 3 times bigger than fallout 3 cos if its going to be based on the future after the 50's apolalypse like Fallout 3 it will be ten times better to see BIGGER versions of all the towns you love and tougher to take over the ones you hate

I definately want the perfect fallout game to have inspiration from really good mods, such as:
Better Living through chems - visual drug effects, more drugs etc
Owned - kill someone (who has no other family) and now you own their house and possessions therefore no bad karma from taking a dead guys/girls stuff
Super Mutant Lips and diff color mutants - mutants supposed to be the result of experiments and such yes? well why dont the normal super mutant be more human looking and the higher and bigger types of super mutants slowly look less human and different color
Classic Power Armor - the enclave should have the armor that was featured in fallout 2 enclave while Bos should have the classic fallout version of power armor and maybe the Outcasts can have the armor that is being used by Fallout 3's BoS
Amputate - making amputation better and making it so you can get into the black market of organ/body part selling to ghoul doctors in Underworld
Burnification, better burn visuals, a body smokes when dead for a while, (that gives me an idea, a new equipment item to use a FIRE EXTINGUISHER!) and bodies turn into burn looking corpses
Fellout - darker nights and no green tan gamma vibe (also another item, flashlights and other stuff that will be better than you pipboy! maybe a pipboy light upgrade or even a fully new module of pipboy!)
Destruction - destroyable environments (like red faction)
Gun mod - more weapons, the classic fallout 1 and 2 weapons (so all weapons featured in previous Fallout games!)
decoy can - use a tin can as a decoy to move enemies to more compromising positions (like manhunt, i want EXECUTIONS in the next game!)
boss monsters - add boss versions of monsters
DC interiors - adds more interiors
ETC

i was also wondering that it might be good to make a whole new theme for the next game, instead of future of the 50s whatever, have it based in 2020 and that WW3 has happenened and something more than just purifying the water for a main objective, maybe something inspired by the new Surrogates film and other films etc!

Then it wouldn't be a "Fallout" game, would it?

Personally, I hope to have one or all of the following vaults featured and able to be extensively explored:

Vault 69: The one with 1000 women and 1 man. Now that has to have an interesting story to it. I would love to know how things turned out there. Perhaps the player could find audio recording or logs on some computers.

Vault 43: 20 men, 10 women.... and 1 panther..... need I say more?

vault 77: The jumpsuit was featured in Fallout 3 along with that recording by the radiers who clearly fear it... or at least the man who wore it. I'd be awesome to travel to Vault 77 and find the infamous vault boy puppet who made the man from vault 77 into a killer and perhaps even have the puppet speak to you and tell you to kill. Hey, that could be the name of the quest! The Man From Vault 77. It could be a quest to investigate him, perhaps even meet him. And yes, its possible. He could have become a ghoul or something. And the puppet becomes an awesomely powerful fist weapon.

Or possibly even Vault 70: All of the jumpsuit dispensers were designed to break after a certain period of time, thus depriving people of clothing. This would be more likely to be a player made mod, but still, it would make for an interesting storyline to see a society survive 200 years without clothing. I wonder that their city, New Jerusalem would be like?
