are sony just releasing it to america first to see how it is working with PSN being down or are they just being slow about things

it scucks but people who have got it are saying that the bugs are still there and game play is slow and still crashing its like they think by changing the guns a bit its going to make the game better leve the guns alone just fix the game

No. It is available in SCEA countries (North and South America), nowhere else. It has nothing to do with PSN being down, that we know of. It may release tonight at midnight, or some time tomorrow, as Wednesday is the day the European PS store updates. Granted it's offline, but that's how it works.

thanks all the tec on the planet and they cant give us it all at the same time somone needs to start a mulit platform server so we can get things what we need if things like psn going down and sony must be nuts if they didnt have a backup

No, that's not true at all. I didn't have one freeze in over 3 hours of playing, but there are a couple things that need attention. I hope you guys in europe get it soon, I'd guess tonight or tomorrow. Now we need some info. on DLC's because I'm ready.

would be good hope psn is back soon for dlc to come out 3 hours of game play and no freezes that sonds good how is it with dead money items on the wiki it says some of them can disappear

I still have all of mine, and I hope that doesn't happen because I really like the stuff out of [DM] which are some of the strongest weapons in the game.
