In the year 2250 Vault 21 went into shock, there Overseer had been murdered and there water chip was destroyed, and they only had a two months supply of water left. The Chief of Security in the Vault restored order in the Vault within the next two days and then made an announcement to the Vault.

"Attention Vault 21 residents, our Overseer has been murdered by a Vault citizen and our water chip has been destroyed, but do not panic, we can save the Vault if any brave Vault citizens go out into the Wastes and search for a Water Chip. Then maybe we have a chance, I myself along with three other Security Guards will be leaving the Vault tomorrow in search of this chip, and we need as much help as we can get, please this is for your Vault!"

After hearing the message you realize that you must help your vault and go out into the wastes to save the Vault residents from death.

Bio: Zoey has been a security guard for 2 years, as much of a nice person as she is this has hardened her emotionally however she is still nice and upbeat most citizens get on with her fine, If your close to her you will have her absolute trust, however your in trouble if you betray that trust, Zoey also enjoys a good joke.

Zoey is an only child in her family, and has two friends in the vault from childhood, Russell and Kate.

Zoey is board of vault life constantly dealing with the same hoodlums, then all of a sudden the overseer is murdered and people are needed to venture outside of the vault this was her chance to get away from this captivity she jumped on the chance.

Armor: Full suit of Vault Security Armor, as well as some metal plates he attached to the chest, legs, and forearm parts of the armor. He wears a balaclava underneath his Combat Helmet.

Bio: Born in the Vault with his parents, Jonas grew up like any other youngster, learning that the Overseer was all-powerful as well as being educated. He passed the G.O.A.T. and earned the title of Security Guard and Ordnance Distributor, which made him able to decide who got what weapon if it was ever needed.

Appearance: Blonde hair, with his face and body covered in dirt from the lack of showers. A tribal tattoo on his neck that signifies he is a friend of the tribe. He no longer has his pip-boy.

Occupation: Vault Outcast/Tribal

Weapons: An assault rifle as far as Delgen can tell (no ammo for it), 10mm Pistol (Two Clips of 10mm bullets), a tribal sword.

Bio: Was once a vault archivist who was fascinated with all the knowledge at his finger tips. He learned so much about the pre-war world and felt dissatisfied with life at the vault. At first, nothing came of it. But eventually he started sharing what he learned with the other vault dwellers, and soon had a following who also wanted to leave. They chose a leader, the previous Head Technician, who Ryan followed faithfully despite being the one who founded the movement. Naturally, they were crushed and forced out. And under the command of the Overseer, they were given no food,water, or anyother supplies. In short, they were left to die.

Of the 19 people cast out in this exodus, only Ryan remains. In the three years he's been out here, he discovered many things that made it worth his while, and many things that still give him nightmares. Today he travels with a tribe of nomads who took him in when he was all alone. He admires there way of life and has decided to travel with them for the forseeable future. When asked what his name was, Ryan requested they give him a name. Seeing as he considered his old life dead and gone.

Recently the nomad tribe has gone very close to the vault entrance, and after much thought, Delgen decided to go pay his respects to the others he left with. Curious to see the strange place that Delgen described as his former home, several of his friends within the tribe came with him.

Bio: Grew up with a loving family, raised Jasper up to be kind, loving and helpful. Parents were middle aged when Jasper was born, so over the years old age settled in on them and soon it took its toll. At the age of 17 Jasper's mother died, Jasper was a wreck, his father was worse. A few weeks after his mother's death Jasper's father was found dead in his room with a bullet hole punched through his head. His father had stole the gun from the security armory and killed himself.
By then Jaspers life was a wreck, he had many friends who tried to help him but Jasper hardly ever smiled after that. Although Jasper was depressed he still managed to be kind and helpful to his friends.
At the age of nineteen Jasper was sick of the vault life, he would rather go out to the harsh Wasteland just for a change of scenery. For once Jasper was in luck when the Overseer died and the Security Force was needing help to retrieve an item outside in the Wasteland.
Never once had Jasper been in a fight, so he had no combat experience, but he was quite fit for his age because when his parents died Jasper had started to run around the vault. Hopefully his fitness would pull him through the journey.
When Jasper signed up for the quest he finally got to see the armory (which he was never to go to without permission) and picked his weapons. Jasper wasn't interested in large automatic weapons, so he picked a .44 Magnum then ran to the baseball room to grab a baseball bat. Jasper had always watched Joshawa Schultz play baseball, Jasper was also on the team before his parents died. Joshawa was easily the best in the team, but Jasper had a terrific swing with the bat which usually gave a home run. So that was why Jasper picked the baseball bat as his second weapon.

Iian, A Magnum is NOT a weapon. There are plenty of firearms that fire a round with a "Magnum" Velocity chambering. Choose something specific. .44, .357, .500. All of those are magnum round chamberings. I hate that sort of broad generalization asa much as I hate people calling a Magazine a "Clip".

A magazine is a removable piece of a gun that stores cartridges, while 'clips' can be either internal or external. All in all, it doesn't matter what you call it because when it comes down to it, they all hold the ammo :grad:

Bio: Born and raised in Vault 21, Clint Young is the son of Vault Security's former quartermaster and the vault's marrage counselor, growing up with lesson's of law and order his father taught him. After passing the G.O.A.T. he joined the vault security force, quickly becoming one of the most distinquished officers, popular with the other citizen's for his friendly demenur and willingness to lend a helping hand at any time.

Bio: Joshawa lived his life Studying and playing on the Baseball team, he was very athletic and strong but had no clue how to fight or use a weapon. He grew up with the other Baseball players in the Vault and Studied hard in School. All of this was because of how hard his parents pushed him, if he did something wrong he would be beaten. This was good and bad because it teached Josh about dicipline but scared him for life, one day his father took a leather belt and strapped him twenty times, Josh could not sit for a week. One day while he was sleeping a crazy Vault resident killed his parents and Josh woke up and saw his mother die, he ran out and went to the Overseer, the Overseer executed the man and took Josh in as his child for the next three years. When the Overseer died and the Vault Security Cheif needed people to help he knew he had to because he had nothing left.

Physical Description:Not very tall, only 5'6", but with corded, well toned muscles and the sort of survival instincts that never go away. Hes been training himself since he got into the vault for his chance toreturn to his tribe, incuding keeping himself well drilled in various hand-to-hand and firearm skills, though he could not keep his skills at an apex due to lack of anything to test himself with.

Armor:A light grey jacket over a standard vault jumpsuit, but he wears a handful of tribal necklaces and bracelets

Bio: Jansen wasn't born in the vault. He has never denied it, he is proud to be a tribal, but also glad for the protection the vaukt offered. He had been discoved at the age of fourteen near the vault entrance during one of the forays into the wastes that occured every ten years. The overseer had been furious at this, but the oversser's position suffer the possible popularity problems that could have come from abandoning a child into the harsh wasteland. Outside of the vault, he was Jaen'sin El'ciqain, but noone in the vault could pronounce that, so he wasa known as Jansen.

The vault citizens took care of him until he was eighteen, but by then they had given up anyway. He was known for a rebellious attitude, violence against the other vault dwellers, and generally not following the set rules. Now he usually dwells in the deepest maitnence corridors.

When the overseer saw the need to leave the vault, he gained an amazing jump in popularity, because he was the only one in the vault who had ever lived outside of it. Suddenly, Jansen was somebody, and more importantly, he had a chance to rejoin the tribals. He remembers a few members of his old tribe, and he's itching to get outside.

Due to their somewhat-similar f***ed-up childhoods, he has a general "I wont beat the sh!t out of you" friendship with Joshawa, but the security guards can all die as far as he cares.

Venix, your fine, if you've seen any of my RP's, you'll know that Jansen allways tries (and fails miserably) to get into a relationship with what is usually the only female person in the group. You shouldnt have too much of a problem with him, besides having to smack him in the face a couple times.

i lol'd sannes i just tend to RP female char's cause everyone usually plays males so i like to mix it up, oh and i generally play females in the actual game to so that's probally why lol in the fallout universe ive sen more through a female's perspective
