The Courier and Ulysses are supposed to have a battle in the divide which becomes legend. Now i think most people see it as i do which is a one on one just the Courier and Ulysses facing off, But it is supposed to be a real battle i think it would be cool if the followers you gained and the factions you helped across ALL dlcs helped you, for instance. Say your idolized by the NCR mabyee they send a troop to help you but the legion hates you so they help Ulysses, Or mabyee Ulysses has his own army and all the followers whom you've helped come to your aid. EX: Dean survived dead money and you let god take over so the two of them show up and join your side. The final stage of this battle will of course be the scenario described above but you should have to fight your way to him The followers just help you fight off his group he has assembled, So if you have no followers you must go in alone EX: Never recruited any Mojave followers, Killed Dean and dog/god (I don't believe Christine will take a side because she owes her life to both people) Maybe after HH The Burned Man will aid you or send some troops as this could draw from the DLC's you have completed thus far. Just a thought please tell me what you think about it.

No it doesn't sound really good. It sounds a little outrageous i guess i could say. Some of the stuff is not likely to happen.

Sounds a little complicated for Obsidian. That was the same idea for the ending of the vanilla game, and look how that worked.

True but other followers or factions could, im not saying its gonna happen i just think it would be cool if it did, IMO make it a real battle not just two people facing off

Even if that wasn't just a massive appropriation of ME2, it wouldn't work in New Vegas. The best part of the whole Courier/Ulysses thing is that it's deeply personal, and that's the way it should stay.

Please no big battles, Gamebryo can't handle that [censored] and she's already put on her last legs just walking the wasteland.

I wish followers could travel with us to DLCs.

i like it and i wouldlove it for all my people i have help and bone may come back to me in it if it happened ( i sent bone back to the lucky 38 he never turned up there or any where and he had so of my good weps on him and i had high rep with the NCR as well)

In My Opinion. Im sorry i posted this thread, i had no idea how quickly alot of people would tell me how bad my idea is

I would really like followers to come with me to DLC. In FO3 I could understand taking followers to The Pitt and Anchorage would be impossible, but they could surely have come to Point Lookout and Zeta. You can't take them to Dead Money, but then at least let them say something about it when your back. I almost had my head blown off at the Sierra Madre, and all Veronica says when I get back is "Whats up?".

Interesting idea, but I think it should be strictly personal between the 2 couriers, besides already have a fairly big battle at the end of the main game, it doesnt really need another one.

Its ok. Sometimes people have good ideas and bad. Just work on it and it will turn out to be good...maybe.
