Can my laptop play fallout 3?

Hi i wanted to get fallout 3 game of the year edition for my laptop and i was wondering if you can tell me if I can run it. According to can you run it I should be able but i want to just double check. I have AMD Athlon™ II Dual-Core M320 processor, 3.7gb ram, Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition (build 7600), 64-bit and ATI display adapter (0x9712) video card which has 1.9gb video ram, it has 3d and hardware T&L, pixel shader version 4.0 and vertex shader version 4.0 which apparently is good enough to play fallout 3. Also if it helps my laptop does seem good for running games because i play games like bioshock, borderland and left 4 dead 2 etc but im aware those arn't really graphic demanding games. Thanks!

Also because its games for windows if it doesn't work can I sell it?
And does it support windows 7?

Since you chose NOT to identify the graphics solution, no one can answer. This doesn't cut it at all: "ATI display adapter (0x9712) video card which has 1.9gb video ram, it has 3d and hardware T&L, pixel shader version 4.0 and vertex shader version 4.0 which apparently is good enough to play fallout 3."

It would be entirely possible to hang 2 GBs of really cheap VRAM onto a very cheap HD 5450 and charge twice what it's worth, because noobs will believe anything, including that the large RAM amounts mean something.

Incidentally, the VRAM actually attached, if any, is irrelevant beyond 512 MBs in this game.

Please Post a dxdiag:
Start - Run (if Vista or Win 7, the search box acts like Run) - type dxdiag - hit Enter - "save all info" button - open txt file and copy/paste EVERYTHING here
