Fallout 3 DVD not found : Fallout 3

hello! I'm from Romania,so excuse my low quality english.
I've just bought my Fallout 3 and,when I want to play says "dvd not inserted,please check your dvd-rom.....".WHY????no CD-key?Nothing?
please help

"Fallout 3 does not apear to be instaled and the instaler could not be found.Try exploring to your DVD-rom drive and and select setup.exe to instal the game"
but the game is instaled....why?

lool...I need to instal the game only in the Program files to work... :swear:
