Hey,

i just bought the GOTY and updatet it to 1.7. Now i'm having a MAJOR soundbug. I made a small vid with fraps: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0A_n1rLWs0w


You can hear those sounds all the time.

Some facts:
- those sounds only appear in the wasteland, but not inside of buildings
- i do have mods yes, but even if i remove them its still bugged (even removed the SOUND folder from DATA)
- got the same problem in New Vegas: similar type of bug, slighlty other sound
- and no, i dont have and never had such bugs in other games
- using vista x64

Please help me
im really desperate by now since its totally impossible to play with those sound bugs
