Silgrad tower or Wizards island?

since both occupy the same space, which is the better mod?

tbh im not interested in the quests, just which is the more interesting landmass? prefferable less demanding on CPU.

Both are great, both have large landmasses to explore.
But Wizards' can be very demanding on your computer at times (especially if you don't use the patches,) lots of large battles and cluttered towns to drain your FPS.

But if you're not interested in Quests, then forget Wizards' because the quest is amazing, but much of the land is not explorable unless you're actually doing the questline.

helpful thanks.

How is silgrad tower for CPU usage? is the soundtrack obligatory? I care little for such implements.

I liked wizards island, never played the other one tho, but next time, post em all in one topic. :)

With the patches, the soundtrack isn't obligatory, I don't think. I think it's also less buggy than the latest ST release, but both teams have stopped working on them since like 2005 or so.

If you're looking for landmass mods you'd do well with Tamriel Rebuilt maps 1 and 2 (you only need to download 2 to have map 1 too). They're still actively developed (well not those two releases but the next ones) and you'll have full support with any issue you might have.
