Quest Xpr Reductions

My Realism Tweaks includes my Reduced Quests XPR module, which reduces the "rewardXP" points. The only way that I could figure out how to do this is by editing every quest script that included "rewardXP" points, and replacing the default value with a much smaller one (generally reduced to 10% the number of default points).

I'm still really a newbie to FOSE commands (but I'm slowly learning), and I was wondering if there was any way that I could possibly reduce these points, without having to edit all the quest scripts. The problem is not the editing (as I've already completed this for all the default quests) . . . the problem is compatibility with other mods that also change any of these 28 quests).

Is there a way to add a script that would just replace the "rewardXP" points that are in these 28 quests with a smaller value? It would seem that perhaps this could be accomplished using Format Specifiers, but if so, I have no clue how to go about doing this.

Using FO3Edit to take a look at CG04, stage 200 for example, the compiled script starts out as AD 11 05 00 01 00 72 01 00 77 11 .... I think this is what is running in-game and you would not see the text. I don't think you are going to be able to 'edit' a result script in-game.

The only suggestion I have is your own quest that monitors progress in other quests and silently 'back's off' the XP reward - if it is possible to reward negative XP ?
