This is set about 15 years after Chancellor Ocato takes over the throne. Ocato has run the Empire fairly well for the first five years, but then he became more demanding and ruthless towards the other provinces. Morrowind, Valenwood, Balck Marsh, and Summerset Isles have already broken away, becoming their own independent nations, but Ocato accepted, even welcomed their leaving, calling them "fools" and "traitors", but taking no action. Now however, ten years after the Breaking of Tamriel, Skyrim wishes to break off, and Ocato believes that this will lead to Hammerfell, and High Rock leaving also, plunging Tamriel into possible war. However, he has managed to secure the alliance with a large force of Bretons, who wish to remain with the Empire. Now Ocato has used force, striking out at Skyrim, capturing and burning the city of Riverwood, just north of the Fell Pass, which was located and rebuilt, to become the Legion's forward command post. War has erupted between Cyrodil and Skyrim, with the nations of Hammerfell and High Rock on the brink of joining one side or the other.

This is where you come in, as you can RP either a Legion General (there will be three), a Legion Politician, or just a normal Legion Soldier. Or you can join with Skyrim, and become a Genral (once again there will be at most three) Politician, or Soldier in the Skyrim Army. I will control the major events, describe the landscape when marching or when battle is joined, and control other nations should they get involved (although depending on what happens, one could get involved).

Tell me if you would be willing to join, plus any feedback and improvements on this would be quite helpful, as this will not be the RP, just a thread to see how people take to the idea.


Also if any moderators see this, i would like to ask that they lock my other RP, as it sadly did not come to life.

Too me, actually, strategy RP's, where you like rule a cit or country or something, seem to be really really sloppy, as most people arn't realistic and it's just Hack n' Slash..

..and theres like, 2 or 3 up right now..
