The first instance in this particular fiction, but it was made in the 20th and 21st centuries.

42nd Century, actually, if you count from the beginning of the First Era.

Muthseras,

It is my belief that "Magnus" is the entity that equals the combined enantiomorphic Lorkhan/Aka.

As grounds, I would recite from http://www.imperial-library.info/obscure_text/5th_era_loveletter.shtml "the Head of this order is Magnus, but he is not its Ward, for even he was subcreated by the birth of Akatosh."

Thus Akatosh (and therefore Lorkhan as well) is a subcreation of Magnus.

Take the fact that:

1. All entities (read: NPCs) are supposedly subcreations of Akatosh (and therefore Lorkhan as well), according to http://www.imperial-library.info/obscure_text/sporedream.shtml;

2. Magnus = magic

3. Magic = life. (See http://www.imperial-library.info/pge3/arena_supermundus.shtml)

4. Therefore, are all also part of Magnus.

Equivalents of astronauts in the Elder Scrolls universe.

mana = magic or at least a limited resource that powers magic, like in Diablo. mana + astronaut = mananaut.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mana

Visit to Aetherius occur even less frequently than to Oblivion, for the void is a long expanse and only the stars offer portal for aetherial travel, or the judicious use of magic. The expeditions of the Reman Dynasty and the Sun Birds of Alinor are the most famous attempts in our histories, and it is a cosmic irony that both of them were eventually dissolved for the same reason: the untenable expenditures required to reach magic by magicka. Their only legacy is the Royal Imperial Mananauts of the Elder Council and the great Orrery at Firsthold, whose spheres are made up of genuine celestial mineral gathered by travelers during the Merethic Era.

and just cuz I love you.

Hermaeus Mora, “the Gardener of Men”, claims that he is one of the oldest Princes, born of thrown-away ideas used during the creation of mortality in the Mundus. Imperial Mananauts have verified that his influence on fate and time is real and unfeigned, implications of which tie this Prince directly with Akatosh, chief of the Nine Divines. Since Akatosh is the prime temporal spirit whose appearance led to the formation of the world, perhaps Hermaeus Mora speaks the truth. Nevertheless, it is the will of His Majesty Uriel VII that only on the official holiday of 5th First Seed should any propitiation to this Daedric Prince be delivered. “All else is mutation.”
