low intelligence speech options that is

this was my first time playing a low int character I don't remember ever seeing that before. So I just made sure my memory wasn't hazy and through console commands bumped my int up to 8 and turns out it is a low int option.

so now I know they are there, I was wondering if anyone else has encountered other low int options

my PC has average or high IQ so i wouldn't know. but i heard that the same thing happens in FNV. so i guess it is like having lady killer when it comes to speech options. that is it will only appear with some NPCs.
