Giants

So it looks like giants will be in Skyrim however I think it would be quite rude if Bethesda does not represent both genders as giants so will we see female giants and their long sixy legs?

The name of this thread just made my morning

I wouldn't mind some differences between male and female creatures. But I doubt female giants would look sixy anyway :toughninja:

Well then that needs to be rectified in Skyrim doesnt it? Big sixy female versions of ogers (what is an oger? Oh well there needs to be a female version of it anyway, a big sixy version of it) and trolls need to be included in Skyrim, I suggest that the devs drop everything and start working on it straight away.

How do you know they were male?

:o

Wait are giants seperate from frost trolls?

Frost trolls were the things many people were mistaking for werewolves in the GI scans right?

Frost trolls are about your character's size (maybe a bit bigger). Giants, on the other hand, are literally giant. 20-25ft tall, they appear to be. At least three times the height of the character they were using to demo the game for Game Informer.

Elder scrolls giants are not that attractive to begin with. I think you will be in for disappointment when you see a female one.

Yeah, I can just picture being "hit" on by a female giant. "I crush puny man!" If, of course, they can even articulate to that extent. After all, big=dumb, you know. I don't really care how the giants look; I just want them to be challenging. Like step-on-you-and-you-die challenging.

No, but I recall female goblins in Oblivion, although they all seemed to be shamans for some reason.

But I'd actually like to see distinct sixes for humanoid monsters, because it's always struck me as kind of absurd in fiction that monsters seem to all too often come in only one six, I mean, it makes sense for ones that don't... well, work that way, but since we can probably assume giants, ogres, trolls, and such, DO, it seems silly that only one six is ever represented. They shouldn't be sixy, of course, if the males are ugly, there's no reason why their female counterparts should be pretty, that's another common trope in fiction that makes no sense. It should be like the goblin shamans in Oblivion, if the males are ugly, the females should be equally so, just with signs showing that there are sixual distinctions.

I'd say animals should get visible differences between the sixes too, but since for most species, the only ones people would really be able to notice are... the kind of details, the models probably won't include anyway, I guess we can't have that.

Yeah, they would probably be a little less attractive than that. Think Hill giants from D&D.

For her that would only be a very tiny spear to polish though.
