I would like to know why we are still waiting for the comprehensive patch that was apparently getting "final touches"?.

These "final touches" are taking alot longer than most "final touches" I've seen.

Call me a cynic, but their far to busy pushing the next set of cash-cow' DLC to worry about fixing a game they released effectively 'broken'

A lot of people complained about the fact that the game was released too soon. They should have do a proper debug testing before releasing it.
The PS3 ISN'T getting DLC any time soon, so i'm pretty sure the Bethesda PS3 team is not working on DLC that's gonna get released 1 year from now.
They're probably making really really sure that the next patch will be a huge and problem free one. (hopefully)

This patch better be worth waiting for, or no one is going to buy Bethesda's next games like Brink and Hunted.

Fallout just hasn't got the justice it deserves.

I hope Rage is decent, because even though it's ID software, I find it hard to willingly shell out more money for another broken game by Bethesda.

Some games companies you need to avoid, and it's starting to look like Bethesda is one of those companies.

I know you guys want the patch... as soon as it's ready, we'll be letting you know.

another "in depth" update from the folks at Bethesda. it's funny, when i bought Fallout New Vegas, i actually thought i was going to be able to play the [censored] thing, not WAIT to play it.
