Let's take a poll to see how people feel.

So this game has been crashing and freezing my PS3 constantly. Some saves are obviously so corrupt that they freeze my PS3 at the same location. There are people here who have had to reset their PS3 to factory settings. These are not isolated issues. These issues are wide spread and obviously Bethesda either knew about them or were extremely negligent if they didn't.

They rushed the release date to get a favorable week before CoD: Black Ops came out. There is no way to know if they are causing harm to our PS3's. This is a defective product and we should ALL be eligible for refunds as well as an extended warranty for our PS3 in case of any damage.
