Might be wrong, I'm not much into hair mods, but I doubt it. 90% of the hairs I've seen are semi-long / long.
Never ever seen anything near to that short, it's or no hair, or too much hair. The main reason is, that the model of the hair should be made for a specific head, and would mach only very few others, which all modders avoid.

well, it doesn't really need to be quite that short.... and the hairline doesn't really need to be that far back for that matter. those were just examples of what would be ideal for my purposes. I'm just looking for something that at least looks like relatively short dark brown hair that doesn't have the really pointy hairline edges like the one i tried using out of MCA (i think it's for imperials) or is that one i've seen that just looks really fake. other than those two, all i've seen seem to aim for either long or shaggy styles that really aren't what i'm looking for.

i even went as far as to try switching over that one stock imperial one that i used when i first played them game for xbox way back when, but I'm really no good at modeling so i just switched the body part to breton and it kinda elongated the head and looked crappy.

really, just about anything that looks like relatively short dark brown hair for a breton male will pretty much work.
