For people that have read it, does the article menntion anything about respawns in skyrim?

Please only answer if you are 100% sure

Respawns? As in player respawns, I assume we'll be having to reload a previous save. As for everything else, dungeons and towns will probably repopulate over time.

The only thing mentioned in the GI article on this is that shop keepers 'respawn' in the form of a relative taking over the business after they die. Not really sure what you're asking though :shrug:

I mean enemy respawns in dungeons.

Also greatcarbuncle, did you read the magazine or the scans on the internet?
