The forum search engine only allows one search every 60 seconds. So if you get a zero results found message you are kinda stuck.

Anyways...I am playing on a PS3 (obviously) and for some reason VATS only engages about 1 out of every 250 presses of the button. Is anyone else having this issue? I even searched for it on the fallout wiki and found nothing. I hope this doesn't mean that I have a unique glitch.

You aren't alone, VATS is a crapshoot for me too. That doesn't bother me half as much as when the trigger decides it won't work for at least 386 more pulls.

I've had occasional incidents where VATS just wouldn't pull up for me. All I did in those scenarios was save the game, and when I came back out of the menu (without reloading the save), I noticed the VATS would come back.

I have recently found a few reports of this error and some claim that simply putting away your weapon and then activating VATS works.
