I then followed the link to the love letter and the wording was so baffling I got lost so anyone who could help summerize it it would be much apreciated. Also can anyone clarify what the landfall of the 4th era is and wasnt es4 the end of the 3rd era?

It's a letter from Vehk to the people of Morrowind, warning them about a disaster that hasn't happened yet. As a deity I imagine his perspective on time is different, and he's able to see the event before it happens. It's unclear whether he's warning his people so they can prepare for the inevitable, or trying to get them to prevent the disaster by renewing their love for him.
