I'm sorry if this has been posted before, but when firing guns that do single loading animations, like the Lever-Action Shotgun, Cowboy Repeater, Trail Carbine and 357 Revolver upon reloading you cannot perform any action for 5-6 seconds afterward. It locks up and makes using those iconic cowboy weapons a chore. I haven't seen many people complain about it, so it might not have been brought to Bethesda/Obsidian's attention. I'd like to do that here.

It seems to only happen when you're being attacked, or happens more often during those situations. Just wanted to add that in case it was significant.

I have had my controls become unresponsive. I think it may be with the lever-action shotgun and some other weapons but this is a very serious problem. This should not be occurring. This game is totally broken.
