Some clothes are only mostly better. I've reinstalled BC and that doesn't seem to help. Any Ideas?

They didn't. The clothing from Tribunal and Bloodmoon are not done, and I'm sure there are a few shirts from Morrowind that don't have replacements either.

Well this shirt is somewhat BCd, the chest is right but the arms aren't. Would they release a half done mesh like that?

Yes, they did. You also have a texture replacer than replaces the chest area only, making it stand out more.

It's darknut's BC retexture but since the shirt isn't fully BC only the BC part is retextured. Guess i'm gonna have to spend a few more hours getting some clothing mods this time.

This always bugged me too. I've just recently begun work on finishing it!
