I got the Rock-It Launcher schmetics and the 4 pieces of junk required to make it, firehoze nozzle, vacuum cleaner, conductor and leaf blower. But when I go to the a workbench to try and make it....the option to create it does NOT appear.

The Powder Charge schmetics I recently got showed up on the workbench but the Rock-It Launcher is still missing from the list.

Has anyone had any success in getting this weapon or is it an official bug. I cant find any discussion on this anywhere.
