Good weapons seller?

I want to buy weapons.I have like 10000 caps and i want a cool weapon but never see anything i usally see.Where can i find a seller that sells good weapons?

Thats confuseing,i see no shop outside of Freeside.

Here is a screenshot. It's JUST south of Freeside East Entrance. Look for the building which is fenced around. Also a small shack with a barred robot inside.
