If anyone knows what Animal Control does I'd love to hear. I assume it's more like "we work for Animal Control" than "Aquaman on land", but I have tiny hopes for the latter in conjunction with Animal Friend.

Here is a perk called Cowboy - sounds like a must have

Cowboy

Required Attributes/Skills: Guns 45, Melee 45
You do 25 percent more damage when using any revolver, lever-action firearm, dynamite, knife, or hatchet

Here is another one

Shotgun Surgeon

Required Character Level: 6
Required Attributes/Skills: Guns 45
Your precision with a scattergun is something to behold. When using shotguns, regardless of ammunition used, you ignore an additional 10 points of a target's damage threshold.

Probably. Those earned by ingame actions as opposed to picks.

I, again, am very curious about Animal Control.

Beautiful Beatdown: Deal 10,000 damage with Unarmed Weapons
-Reduce AP cost of Specials by 10%

Bug Stomper: Kill 50 Insects
-3/6/10%

Camel of the Mojave: Drink 100 Water Items
-Water 15% better of removing Dehydration and Healing

Day Tripper: 25 Chems Taken
-Chems last longer

Dine and Dash: Eat 25 Corpses
-NPC bodies have "food" on them

Fast Times: Use Turbo 20 Times
-Increase Turbo Duration by 50%

Free Radical: Use Rad-Away 25 times
-Doubles the effectiveness of Rad-Away

Friendly Help: Fifteen Mysterious Stranger Visits

Machine Head: Kill 50 Robots
-3/6/10% Damage Increase

Melee Hacker: Do 10,000 damage with one handed Melee Weapons
-One handed Handed Melee attack speed boost 10%

Melee Hacker: Do 10,000 damage with two handed Melee Weapons
-Two Handed Melee attack speed boost 5&10%

Mutant Massacre: Kill 50 super mutants or Nightkin
-3/6/10% Damage Increase

Set Lasers For Fun: Do 25,000 damage with rifle grip lasers
-+2/+4% critical chance with lasers

Set Lasers For Fun: Do 16,000 damage with one handed lasers
-+2/+4% critical chance with lasers

Tough Guy: Have 50 Limbs crippled
-Reduce limb damage

Unnamed:

Explosives: Do 10,000 Damage with launchers
-Increase launcher damage by 10%

All the challenge related perks. Oddly enough there's one that isn't named, but gives you a boost. And when you see something like 3/6/10% it means that the challenge is repeatable and that's the boost you get on each level. Hoped it helped.

Thanks for the Challenge perk info. As for the other in-game challenges, like the gambling ones, are there perks associated with them also?
