yea dude i had the same problem but i found it eventually...theres 1 under each side of the wing its kinda hard to get to so theres 2 total

And also when I tried to get the rebreather from Jack he said something like.. Get the hell outta here stranger.

Swim down under the wings of the Bomber and look for grey areas to plant your charges. Leave lake and set of charges by the harpoon at the boat ramp.
